We deliver within Switzerland and to the European Union.

2. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

For deliveries to the European Union, import duties, customs or import VAT may also apply. These are to be borne by the buyer and are not charged or paid by Aquain.

3. Delivery times

Switzerland:
The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days.

European Union:
The delivery time is usually 3–10 working days.

Delivery times are non-binding unless they have been expressly guaranteed as binding.

4. Shipping service providers

Shipping is carried out by suitable parcel service providers.
The shipping service provider is selected by Aquain.

5. Transfer of risk

For customers in Switzerland, the risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider.

For consumers in the European Union, the risk only passes when the goods are handed over to the buyer or a third party named by them.

6. Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details or is not accepted by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the return costs incurred.

7. Damaged shipments

Please check the goods for transport damage immediately after receipt.
Obvious damage must be reported to the delivery agent and to us without delay.
