Aquain Water Softeners V1–V4

Four sizes, one regenerable system: compare Aquain V1–V4 by application, capacity and space required. What matters is your water hardness and your consumption.

The water softeners are regenerated with regeneration salt. Choose the fittings to match your appliance; if you have any questions, we will be happy to help you personally.

How it works

How it works – a look inside

How Aquain softeners work (pictured: Aquain V3). All models V1–V4 work on the same principle.

  1. Hard water flows in

Tap water enters the bottle through the inlet (IN).

  2. The resin binds the limescale

The resin beads exchange limescale (calcium and magnesium) for sodium.

  3. Limescale-free water flows out

Softened water flows through the riser tube to the outlet (OUT).

Ice machine: clear ice cubes without limescale

With softened water, less limescale builds up in your ice machine – on the evaporator, valves and lines. The result: clearer ice cubes, fewer breakdowns and less frequent descaling. Aquain is installed directly in the ice machine's water supply line.
